Buffalo County Treasurer's Listing of
Delinquent Taxes for Sale
March 1, 2010
The following list of legal descriptions with
taxes due, were advertised for tax sale in February
2010. The parcel identification number is used
by the Assessor’s and Treasurer’s
office and will facilitate research of properties.
Around February 25th, we will add an updated
list of available properties to this site that
will be in descending dollar order. Everyone who
attends the Buffalo County tax sale MUST use the
updated list.
Please remember that we will not sell any parcels
that get paid between now and the first Monday
in March. If you have any questions, please call
